With her warm smile and bountiful optimism, Tanya Lechner creates a memorable real estate experience as she helps you navigate the unexpected ups and downs of buying or selling your home.
 
Tanya holds a business marketing degree from Texas State University. Prior to entering the industry, she worked in sales for UPS and Rackspace, where she sharpened her master negotiating skills and gained her extensive marketing expertise. Since entering real estate in 2017, Tanya has learned many valuable lessons and skills that have made her a treasured asset to her clients. Tapping into her positivity and confidence, Tanya has helped many people overcome their fears and go on to fulfill their ultimate property investment dreams.
 
While growing up, Tanya’s family made their own way in real estate by purchasing and renovating properties in Minnesota. Today, Tanya continues the tradition of making her own great property investments, and has a genuine love for helping others attain the same goals in their lives. Closing day is particularly exciting when Tanya gets to share in the culmination and excitement of her clients’ accomplishments.
 
Tanya and her husband, a local contractor, have a 1-year-old baby who keeps them on their toes. They recently moved to Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas, to be closer to family and because of their longtime love of the area. In her free time, the couple can be found checking out the local festivals, frequenting the wineries in Fredericksburg, and seeking out new local eateries.
