For Sarah Beard, being a professional in real estate, as with any other business, is all about building relationships — not just with her clients but also with those who can help them. In real estate, that means knowing the community as well as what and who is available, whether it’s a friendly mortgage lender, a plumber, an HVAC expert, landscaper, painter, or others skilled in the trades that are vital to buying or selling a home.
 
Born and raised in Lubbock, Sarah stayed right there to attend Texas Tech University. Prior to real estate, she worked in sales and property management, developing the skills she ably applies as an agent. When a business associate wanted to start buying multiple investment properties, Sarah was encouraged to obtain her real estate license to handle the transactions. She took to it immediately, was named Rookie of the Year by a prominent brokerage, and her business snowballed from there.
 
Sarah maintains close communication with her clients, eliminating confusion and stress by ensuring they are comfortable, confident, and reassured at every step of any purchase or sale. She’s equally comfortable working with first-time buyers, veterans, investors, commercial properties, and even divorce or foreclosure transactions.
 
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys music and concerts. She daydreams about creating movie soundtracks — or maybe being a photographer for National Geographic and traveling the world!
