Meet Katt

In 2009, Katt started a home automation company with her husband, gaining experience with residential and commercial properties as well as new construction. Katt decided to finally pursue her childhood dream and become an agent in 2016. She distinguished herself as a top 10 producer in 2020 and 2021. She also ranked on D Magazine’s Best Real Estate Agents list in 2020 and received the Leading Edge Society award in 2021.

 

Katt approaches every deal with integrity, dedication, and a spirit of service. She is a supportive advocate for all of her clients, as well as her Nest Finders teammates. A lifelong learner, Katt has earned multiple designations to better serve her clients, including as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative; Real Estate Negotiation Expert; Pricing Strategy Advisor; Certified New Home Specialist; Certified Home Marketing Specialist and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist; e-PRO®; At Home With Diversity® specialist; Graduate, REALTOR® Institute; and Texas REALTOR® Leadership Program participant. Her broad expertise serves a wide variety of demographics — from upsizers to retirees.

 

Katt is driven to give back to her community. She volunteers with many local schools and is also active with the grassroots nonprofit Christmas Ninjas. In her spare time, Katt loves quilting, reading, and camping with her wonderful husband and two amazing daughters.
