Get to Know Me

Innovative designer Ermia Hamidzadeh is known for his ability to bring creative visions to life. As a real estate professional, he is passionate about helping people successfully manifest their personal real estate dreams with his eye for spotting great properties and his savvy business strategies.

Prior to his real estate career, Ermia’s mastery in design, and his entrepreneurial instincts, led him to launch Houston’s first high-end fashion brands, Luxure Sauvage and Auxrora. His natural sales and creative marketing skills enabled him to attract elite clientele, including Jamie Foxx, Meagan Good, and Eric Bellinger. Ermia quickly received recognition on Houston’s Fox 26 for his achievements as the city’s first luxury fashion brand owner and celebrity designer.

Along with his natural talents in design, Ermia brings his longtime passion for luxury dwellings and architecture to help care for his real estate clients. Buying, selling, or investing, his goal is to curate an upscale experience for everyone he serves with his thoughtful communication and industrious attention to detail.

Born in Tehran, Iran, Ermia has lived in Houston since 1999. He loves to enjoy life to its fullest and create positive experiences with those around him. When he’s not busy designing his next creative masterpiece or helping his real estate clients, Ermia can be found getting in a run on a nearby trail, lifting weights, or cooking up a delicious steak.
