Founder/Owner of Nest Finders, a boutique real estate brand built on the belief of providing unparalleled customer service. Carlo is a licensed real estate professional in Texas with over 17 years of experience. He is a city and state top producer and has been ranked amongst the Top 50 Agents in Houston by the Houston Business Journal. In 2023, Carlo led Team NestFinders as the #15 ranked mega team in Texas according to RealTrends' America's Best.  Additionally, NestFinders was also ranked the #5 ranked mega team in Houston.
 
As a native Houstonian, he’s witnessed the growth of the city, which has aided his passion for the industry. The relationships he builds go beyond the transaction, as real estate is his passion, and service is his purpose.
