Get to Know Me

When it comes to attaining the American dream of owning your own home, Brandy Wuensch believes that centering affordability is a totally reasonable approach to real estate. “Anyone who aspires to own a home should have the opportunity to do so no matter what level of affordability,” she says.

It’s not just a dream: Brandy is eminently qualified to offer such advice. A real estate professional for nearly two decades, she has the designations, certifications, and titles to show it, including graduating from the Texas Real Estate Leadership Program, holding the National Association of REALTORS® Green Designation and At Home with Diversity® certification, and as a director for Texas REALTORS® and the Austin Board of REALTORS®. She knows the ins and outs of transactions and how to create closings where everyone wins.

It's all part of her passion for preserving what she loves about her native city. She has never strayed far from Austin, earning her bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas and entering real estate shortly thereafter. Well-regarded by her peers for her leadership, she has coached, trained, and mentored her colleagues to advance diversity within the industry and across the city, including a code of conduct for Austin agents.

A proud member of Heroes Home Advantage, a program that offers rebates to veterans, first responders, doctors, nurses, and teachers, Brandy also volunteers with several other local organizations. Precious spare time is spent with her husband, Michael, and young sons, Mason and Brayden. She also enjoys fitness training, cooking, wine tasting, and traveling.
